Tour de Lights

I am planning the first annual Tour de Lights — a sailing trip around Boston Harbor lighthouses, including Deer Island Light, The Graves Light, and the historic Boston Light, (location of the first North American lighthouse, the second oldest US lighthouse, the last staffed US lighthouse). In addition to lighthouses, we’ll see a lot of nice views of Boston and Boston Harbor Islands, and even spend some time outside of the Harbor, in the open ocean.

How long this trip will take depends a lot on winds and tides; I estimate six hours or more. So far it is still in the planning stage; the earliest it can happen (because of my personal calendar, and of tidal times) is August 25.

I have a few vacant spots in the boat; let me know if you are interested.
